Life Coaching Information

• I provide a hour or more of my time

• I have to create a personalize Coaching plan to support your needs based off your assessment.

• You are getting a chance to express yourself in the consultation

Your honesty will help me personalize the Work-Book & my coaching specifically for you only

Step 1. Complete the “REQUEST FORM” to request a CONSULTATION 

Step 2. I will email & call you to schedule your consultation and help create you an account to collect your payment for the consultation

Step 3. You will complete an assessment in your consultation 

Step 4. I will call, text or email you to let you know if you are approved. If you are approved, I will also let you know the price of your plan & my recommendation. Then, I will schedule you an orientation. 

• We will discuss the dates and times we will meet each week.

•  We will discuss your LIFE COACHING PLAN and I will let you know what to expect in your sessions

• You will watch a video and learn how to access your course & upload your assignments

• We will discuss the rules and You will sign an agreement 

• You will log into your account and You will make your 1st payment. YOU CAN NOT START YOUR SESSIONS without a payment

-You will make 5 payments over the course of 5 weeks.

-Each payment must be submitted before your 1st session of each week or you will not be able to attend any session scheduled that week

-You will always log into your account to submit your payments

-You will be able to use CASH APP or a CARD to submit your payments: Mastercard, debit card, credit card, prepaid cards

I GIVE ENCOURAGEMENT and EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ONLY

We will meet online by using the ZOOM MEETING APP.

You will need to download the ZOOM MEETING APP to you phone, computer, tablet or whatever device you’re using.  Make sure you are able to download the App to your device because some devices do not support the app… Check this before you pay for your consultation. Next, you will be provided a code or link to access our sessions with the ZOOM MEET APP

EXPRESS SESSIONS are for you to express yourself. Sometimes people need to get things out by talking about the things they feel or what they are going through. You need someone to talk to… YOU NEED SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST TO LISTEN TO YOU AND/OR ENCOURAGE YOU.. or JUST LISTEN

“Express sessions” DO NOT include a layout plan,  advice nor daily tools and techniques you can use in life

HOWEVER, a Life Coaching plan includes ADVICE, A LAYOUT PLAN and TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES you can use to support you in life. Plus you have to commit to 5 weeks

A personalized edition of the work-book will be included in your 1:1 Life Coaching Plan.

Meaning, you will only get the part of the book that pertains to your Life Coaching Plan.

However, the work-book is NOT GUARANTEED in your Life Coaching plan. You have to be approved  a second time for this book to be apart of your plan. In other words, you have to be approved for my life coaching plan first and then you have to be approved again to receive the book. Both approvals are based off your assessment
